Your day to day:
Responsible with the successful coordination of the project to integrate client requested applications in the production and support IT Systems. The aim is to obtain the right balance between speed, cost and minimum operational impact activities by analysing, planning, coordinating and monitoring the necessary teams and systems within client’s IT environment. The result is the support activation of the application and equipment.
The Service Support Integration activity consists in coordination and implementation of application projects and, also, providing the necessary consultancy services for client’s IT systems integration (both SW and HW) in the monitoring systems and in accordance with the operations team demands.
This activity includes providing the specific requirements for the design of the IT systems to be implemented, specific elements of the implementation process in the production and pre-production systems and delivery of the customized support documents.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:- Acts as Project Manager and Single Point of Contact in the projects, coordinates all specific activities and handles project budget, day to day activities and status.
- Provides consultancy for SW development and is responsible with the application implementation. SSIM will plan, allocate the activities to the project team, checks if the IT delivered services are in accordance with the HW and SW architecture, operating model and sends the “Go Live” message to the key stakeholders.
- Responsible with end-to-end service delivery – from the request analysis until the support services are live
- Initiates SW application integration by centralizing the requests and providing consultancy services on the mandatory Service Levels for each specific service
- Plans and coordinates the transition process for the IT support services, belonging to local or global organizations, to the operations teams with permanent control over the costs. In order to achieve this goal, will plan the solution and the process to implement the application. Additionally, will communicate with the stakeholders in the process and obtain the necessary approvals
- Executes the service support activation in all necessary systems by coordinating the necessary teams and resources, may them be internal or external
- Monitors and controls the quality of the implemented applications in accordance with the business requirements with the support of the agreed KPI’s
- Delivers the IT applications architecture in the IT support system, the incident management and the GO Live documents together with the official GO Live announcement
- Analyses the quality and costs of the offered services by creating and monitoring several support systems together with the involved teams

- Medium level of expertise in the IT Operations and Project Management areas
- ITIL Foundation certified
- IT systems architecture understanding (HW & SW)
- Excellent commercial acumen (in particular project/financial /costing background) and ability to identify and solve varied IT business problems
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Ability to accomplish goals in traditional and matrix organizations
- Ability to manage in dynamic, fast paced situations; to build and maintain good working relationships; to interact with the global IT senior management
