Job Experience: 5+ years

Company Portfolio:

  • Ensure delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, and reward
  • Determine the company’s gross-profit and annual plans by analyzing trends and results
  • Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the annual regional sales program
  • -Contracts negotiation with clients.
  • -Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to company’s relationship with them
  • Plan achievement of individual and divisional targets by strategies and policies of the company
  • -Ensure regular visits to PVC consultants to provide maximum manufacturer technical data
  • Arrangement of technical seminars for consultants and clients across the region
  • Provide core support to sales team to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
  • Organize trainings for technical team and sales staff
  • Participate public & private sector tenders
  • Close monitoring of overdue payments & collection process
  • Target Areas Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Kashmir, Gujar Khan, Lahore and other nearby areas
