Description

Responsibilities:

• Supports the team in conceptualizing and executing strong, forward thinking, 360 degree brand relevant PR strategies to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure and optimize storytelling
• Supports team with drafts of brand press releases, pitches, launch workback schedules, media FAQs and all internal leadership decks and initiative share backs.
• Manages PR calendars, agency meetings, etc.
• Acts as a collaborative liaison to all internal partners, establishing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships and communication flow - i.e. - External Communications, Customer Care Center, Ethics & Compliance, Legal and beyond
• Confident management style with the ability to communicate effectively in all forms and at all levels.
• Manages PR approvals over talent featured assets - ensures channels route creative featuring influencers to PR team for approval
• Create hindsight learnings for brand launches and initiatives that include event highlights, media impressions and more for distribution to leaders and associates.
• Works in lock step with Marketing team to support strategic brand partnerships
• Proactively strategizes, trouble shoots and consistently creates solutions where needed
• Obtaining final creative approved product laydown and campaign assets to share with agency for pitching purposes
• Supports influencer initiatives by:
• Routing influencer content/assets to channel owners for pickup/usage
• Keeping influencer tracker updated for each influencer by campaign (contains pertinent info such as usage rights)
• Oversees influencer asset delivery, ensuring the correct file types are passed from the creator to the company
• Supports talent initiatives by:
• Marketing channel asset routing for talent approval
• Coordination with external production companies and internal creative team, acting as middleman with production, styling, and creative
• Operational and logistics support for major talent meetings: working with building ops and facilities for guest approval, booking rooms, running tech, ordering catering and flowers, etc.
• Oversees strategic planning for seeding strategy, executes product orders for seedings, giftings, and influencer campaigns
• Oversees reporting, analytics and recapping across all launches and activations and provides strategic recommendations for future forward
• Highly motivated and committed with a can-do attitude – thrives on the demands of a busy work environment with enthusiasm, high energy and a determination to deliver top tier results
• Able to manage a myriad of demands, deadlines and personalities
• Effectively manages completion of tasks with high standard
• Creatively attuned and able to generate new ideas consistently that are in line with brand aesthetic
• Time management – punctual and reliable, detail oriented, able to confidently multi-task and manage others to perform multiple duties to the required deadlines

Salary Range: $82,000 - 128,000

Minimum Salary: $84,400.00
Maximum Salary: $110,775.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
