Position Overview:
Soum is seeking an Operations and Logistics Intern to join our dynamic and dedicated team in revolutionizing the re-commerce industry by creating a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly marketplace. As an Operations and Logistics Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics team with data analysis, process improvement, and coordinating the logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the analysis of operational and logistics performance data
- Collecting quantitative logistics data and metrics through market research
- Supporting process improvement initiatives in operations and logistics
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to organize, classify, and derive insights from large data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passionate about startups and possessing strong business acumen
- Solid academic background with impressive extracurricular activities
- Eager to learn and willing to go the extra mileFluency in both Arabic and English
