Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Online Projects Assistant to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. As an Online Projects Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing online projects or work opportunities on behalf of our organization. Your role will involve conducting market research, networking, and actively reaching out to potential clients or platforms to generate leads and secure projects. Additionally, you must have expertise in ranking and upgrading profiles on various freelancing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential online projects or work opportunities across various industries.
- Actively prospect and generate leads by reaching out to potential clients, freelancing platforms, and online job boards.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their project requirements and present our services as a suitable solution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements, develop proposals, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit project proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the client's specifications and requirements.
- Utilize your expertise to rank and upgrade our profile on different freelancing platforms, maximizing visibility and attracting potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms of freelancing platforms to optimize our profile's performance.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest online work platforms and opportunities.
- Track and maintain a pipeline of potential projects, follow up on leads, and ensure timely conversion to secured projects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the online projects or freelancing industry.
- Strong knowledge of online work platforms, freelancing marketplaces, and project acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Expertise in ranking and upgrading profiles on different freelancing platforms, maximizing visibility and attracting potential clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and generate revenue through commission-based work.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify potential project opportunities and assess market viability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with remote work and online collaboration tools.
- Professional and reliable work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Note: This position is commission-based, and the compensation will be determined based on the projects secured and revenue generated. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely and set their own schedule.
