Job Description

• As night coordinator you support customers outside of working hours
  • 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. working days
  • Over the weekend – day/night
  • Flexible schedule - agreed each months as per preferences of co-workers
• Immediately communicates information about possible impending problems
  • Customer service on the telephone line
  • E-mail communication with customers
• Administrative activities related to NC shift logistics (if necessary)
• Adheres to the principles and guidelines defined by internal quality management regulations and procedures; to safety and fire principles and respects the EW value principles and environmental protection.

Qualifications

• Very good communication skills
  • • in Czech/Slovak and English – able to communicate with customers over the phone
    • basics of another languages would be a plus -German, Russion or Spanish
• High level of customer approach
• Quick learner – ready to work with different tools
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
