Junior Administrator [South Africa]


 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Computer literate – MS Office

· Grade 12

· Fluent in English and Afrikaans

· Organized

· Must be able to work under pressure

· Must have attention to detail

· Self starter and must be able to work autonomously

· Must have an unendorsed South African drivers’ license

· Administration experience of minimum 2 years is a must

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer incoming calls

· Scanning and copying

· Filing paperwork and online

· Day-to-day Administration

· Support the Urban & Cleaning Officers

· Support the Office Manager

· Log C3’s

· Data capturing

· Update statistics and directories

· Keeping workplace neat and tidy

· Ad Hoc tasks where needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
