Pay range: $25-35 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated hardscape professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in
working with stone and brick pavers, retaining walls, and steps.
Responsibilities:
-Lift 60lbs or more
-Install paver stones, patio stones and retaining wall blocks
- Manage hardscape projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to
- Work with clients to determine their needs and provide guidance on design and construction techniques
- Supervise a crew of two or more employees, providing instruction and guidance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Operate all necessary construction equipment, including machinery, tools, and vehicles
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the landscaping/construction industry
- Experience with hardscaping, including installation of interlocking stone, natural stone, retaining walls, and steps. Must be excellent at installing stone.
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment and tools onsite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
