YOUR ROLE
- You manage Compensation & Benefits projects (e.g., salary policy, FlexPlan, etc.).
- You develop, communicate and maintain compensation policies, benefits, and processes.
- You support the job classification processes.
- You monitor and analyze market trends to identify and develop opportunities for innovation and optimization of the salary package.
- You handle salary reviews, bonus calculations, and budgeting.
- You are the point of contact for compensation issues in the term's broadest sense.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a first relevant experience in payroll and/or compensation & benefits; experience with job classification is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of social legislation and salary management procedures.

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.

You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
- Duration: 3 months - possible extension
- Location: south-west entrance to Brussels / remote
