BakeMark has immediate job openings for Customer Service Representative!
With over 100 years of service to the baking industry, BakeMark is recognized as an industry leader and trusted partner for quality bakery ingredients, products, supplies and services. BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 27 branches conveniently located across the U.S.

Summary: Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • When necessary, manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system.
  • Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report.
  • Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.
  • Daily invoicing of credit memos.
  • Research customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK affiliate inquiries.
  • Back up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and 10 key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
