We are looking for a dependable and flexible Commercial Cleaner for our organisation . You will provide custodial services to various commercial properties, including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting shelves as needed; and emptying trash bins. You should be comfortable cleaning bathrooms as well as other public spaces. Our ideal applicant is available to clean properties on nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Dust shelves and other surfaces as needed
- Clean bathrooms and public areas
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash bins
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces
- Clean stairwells and lifts
- Carpets cleaning and Floor buffing
- Maintain cleaning supplies according to environmental act 1991
- Colour coding - Correct use of cloths, mops, buckets and contamination control
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Available to work weekends and nights are must
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No prior experience required .
Minimum Guaranteed hours : 30 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
