Global Private Banking (GPB)

In this role, you will:
- Support the Head of business development to develop and implement business strategy for PB business
- Build up connection with relevant partners, internally and externally to identify and initiate the opportunities to build space for growth
- Work with other Global businesses to coordinate collaboration activities to grow client base and deepen wallet shares of existing client relationships
- implement and administer globally agreed referral programme and recognition framework with suitable local variations.
- Support marketing and communication activities and contents
- Engage and communicate with different functions, participate meetings and discussion, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of delivery, able to address the cross teams
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant business experience in a matrix organization with track record of delivery of business development
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management products and services, with experience in dealing in High net worth client segment
- Hands-on skills in planning and executing new business initiatives
- Strong communication and influence skills with fluent both written and spoken English
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment and prioritize duties accordingly.
