- Knowledge of machining principles, techniques, and tooling.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and control systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
