As an Assistant Supervisor, you play a crucial role in our continuous growth. What can you expect?

  • An attractive salary ranging from €2,200 to €2,990 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience). • A good pension scheme (100% paid by the company, meaning more take-home pay for you). • Compensation for extra hours worked. • ANW and WIA insurance policies (fully paid by the company, providing protection against income loss due to disability). • A 40-hour workweek. • 25 vacation days (with the possibility to extend to 28 days).

What do we ask from you?

  • Completed vocational education (MBO). • Minimum of 3 years of experience, or a relevant education complemented with internships. • Experience with ERP and SAP, as well as leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. • Excellent command of the English language. • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment. • Coordinative and organized personality.

What will you do?

As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the warehouse. You ensure smooth logistics processes and promptly address any obstacles or issues that arise. You maintain close communication with your Supervisor and Line Leads to stay updated on processes and provide support in overcoming challenges.

With your coordination skills, you create daily plans, considering available colleagues, inbound and outbound goods, and material availability. You prioritize tasks and strive for a balanced logistics flow.

Additionally, you will provide daily reports on processed products and incoming and outgoing trucks. These reports can contribute to improving the logistics processes.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Inbound, Outbound, and Pick/Pack. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient and client-oriented service delivery.
