In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for AR Specialist. The purpose od the job is ensuring that receivables are paid on time to optimize the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
You will grow with these tasks:
- Daily bank postings
- Monitoring customer accounts:
- credit limits
- overdues
- clarification of disputes
- reconciliation of customer account balances and investigation of discrepancies
- Performance of dunning process/collection of outstanding receivables
- Clarification of disputes
- Weekly direct debit
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Preparation of various collection reports (e.g., aging reports, bad debt)
- General ledger reconciliations
- Assisting in write-off postings, dealing with claims and monitoring of customer bankruptcy proceedings
Profile essential:
- 3+ years of experience in finance area
- Good knowledge of German and English Language in writing and speaking
- Good Excel skills
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
