Our client, retail store that deals in fashion accessories is looking to hire a Sales Associate whose objective will be to increase company sales figure in store, post items on social media and communicate with customers effectively.
LOCATION: Ikoyi, Lagos
Working hours: Four days a week. excluding weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to improve sales conversion
- Cross sell and up sell company products to customers
- Manage administrative operations for the store
- Communicate effectively with customers on online platforms
- Inform and educate customers on company’s products and services
- Follow up with customers for feedback, resolution of issues and any other matters
- Display and merchandise the company’s products in a way that will enhance the shopping experience
- Keep up with industry trends and events to improve sales experience
- Generate invoices, quotations and other documents required for a sale
- Respond to all sales inquiries via phone calls, and direct messages
- Package and arrange delivery of orders in store and out of store
- update all customer data including emails, phone no’s, address and other details
- Keep track of all engagements with customers to ensure proper follow up and contact
- Prospect for new customers using the Company’s agreed strategy
- Follow up with customers to get feedback on products purchased and resolve any issues
- Any other related tasks as required
Skills and Job Requirements
- OND or BSC holder
- Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge to execute the job responsibilities
- Experience in an administrative role
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must be familiar with relevant apps and tools required for the job
- Must be polite, friendly and sociable

Salary: ₦80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
