Responsibilities:
Applying Resumes in the Portals and coordinating with Recruiters.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions
Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Develop and implement recruiting strategies and plans
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
Negotiate salary and benefits packages
Onboard new employees
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
0-1 years of experience in IT recruiting
Strong understanding of the IT industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
