We are seeking a highly motivated and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with a passion for teaching and coaching in a virtual environment. As an SPC virtual trainer and coach, you will play a vital role in the training and development of our clients' teams and will be responsible for ensuring their successful adoption of SAFe methodologies.
Although the position is remote. You must be located in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual training and coaching to clients on SAFe methodologies
- Provide guidance and support to attendees in implementing and scaling Agile practices
- Collaborate with Skillbook Academy to develop and deliver customized training programs
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices
- Maintain expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies
- A good understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework
- Must be a Certified SAFe Program Consultant
- Highly motivated and passionate about teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
