The Kowloon Cricket Club is a premier sports and recreation club in Hong Kong. The Club's food and beverage outlets provide superior Western, Chinese and Indian cuisines. We now invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Take charge of the entire Reception operation
Ensure that the service standard of Reception is well maintained and monitored
Handle inquires, comments and minor complaints from members
Supervise a small team of Receptionist
Register and record members’ and guests’ visit properly
Shift duties: 06:45-1545, 1430-2330, no overnight shift
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
4 years’ experience in Reception operation
Mature, presentable and able to work independently
Good communication and guest service skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Receptionist
A competitive package which includes 6 days off per month, discretionary bonus, 12 days annual leave, medical insurance, staff meal etc will be offered.
