Quality Assurance and Training (AM/M) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

My client is a top tier leading insurer with strong presence in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a training and quality assurance talent to join their team. This position will sit under the customer service team.

  • Perform quality assurance on call center and counter service to ensure service quality
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery
  • Lead new joiners onboarding training and continuous service improvement training sessions
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Job Requirements:

  • Customer serivce in insurance industry with 3+ years
  • Experience with quality assurance, training would be a plus
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in Life, Medical and MPF would be an advantage
