Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager [Philippines]


 

Whitehall Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager (Management Consulting) with extensive experience in managing complex, large-scale projects from the end-to-end process. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented self-starter who has excellent communication, stakeholder, and requirements management skills and is dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions according to specific deadlines.

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in OCM for projects, or in Organizational Development initiatives
  • With diverse and vast experience in engaging employees at all levels in the organization (ie., staff, mid-management, management, and executive/C-suite)
  • Certification in Change Management eg., CCMP, Prosci-Certified

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of Google Classroom, Jamboard, and Zoom
  • Excellent communication, and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall OCM case for change, plan development, and management; whether as self-initiated or co-developed with a client counterpart
  • Designs and delivers a Change Management Enablement or Readiness Program for the CM Team members or for stakeholders in the organization, as required
  • Co-develops an integrated project and change plan with the Project Manager
  • Designs and implements the appropriate tools and manages the CM team in delivering the following activities:
  • Sponsorship and stakeholders analysis
  • Change impact analysis
  • Change risk planning
  • Change readiness evaluation and planning
  • Benefits realization and sustainability planning
  • Communication and engagement planning
  • Organizational review and job alignment
  • Learning strategy and planning
  • OCM financial and resource planning
  • In charge of the implementation of the OCM plan by monitoring and controlling the change activities through regular cadence with the project team
  • Ensures that change activities and relevant product outputs are delivered according to the plan
  • Manages the effectiveness of change efforts vis-à-vis achievement of target benefits
  • Leads discussions on the OCM plan and manages iterative actions with the CM team; always ensures alignment of efforts with the Project Manager
  • Develops the approach and/or tool for evaluating the outcome of all change efforts
  • Leads the discussion and documentation of change sustainment, lessons learned, and potential future initiatives for (client) ownership handover
  • Handles the archiving of relevant OCM project documentation, and collection of communication, engagement, and training collaterals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
