ONSITE IT SPECIALIST for AXALTA COATING SYSTEMS
OVERVIEW:
This position assists Indonesia plant with IT technical support and extend the capacity to Malaysia plant for ERP (Microsoft Dynamic) support.
- Major role in S4 Hana MM / PP module support for supply chain and operations.
- Extend role to site overall IT affairs which included the IT security compliance, Infrastructure, network, End User Computing, applications software.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Be a key coordinator to connect global and regional S4 team to address local ERP problems.
- Optimize local supply chain and operation working process.
- Be a key player to work with Global Service desk or regional/global IT function team to address local IT affairs and demand. Included the desktop, laptop, Network, printers, office 365.
- Maintaining inventory of site IT assets.
- Manage local IT demand, lead local IT project to support business growth.
- Remote support to roaming employees, Customers and dealers
- Local IT Vendor Management and coordination.
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
- 5 year working experience
- Experience in S4 Hana MM or MFG operation support.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic ERP is a big plus.
- Experience on troubleshooting for general IT hardware and software issues
- English language skill (is a must)
