Job Description : Merchandiser (Southern Region)
Job Summary
Responsible in all merchandising and sales related activities to support company business needs. The person needs to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within merchandise operations.
Core Responsibilities
·Reporting to Business Development Manager in terms of merchandising order, sales figures, manpower hiring and other related store matters
Weekly store visits ensuring store counter are always well stocked, maintain upkeep and tidiness of counter.
·Plan and monitor merchandising flow, replenishment, stock allocation, internal stores transfer.
·Plan and follow-up stock delivery to all stores.
·To align assortment strategies with seasonal and annual growth objectives to meet current market demand. Prepare and develop purchase plan for Management review.
·Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary
Requirement
·Minimum 3 years experiences in merchandising industry.
·Proven experience as qualified merchandising personnel who able to meet tight deadline.
·Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, WhatsApp or other type of communication platform.
·Basic to intermediate level of verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin, Good interpersonal skills (customer service oriented) and good presentation skills
·Exemplary planning and time management skills.
·Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail
·Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
