JOB Description
- Assist in planning, managing, and executing all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned Brand(s) according to brand guidelines.
- Assist in defining customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives.
- Support the Brand’s Business Goals.
- Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.
- Assist the Brand monthly marketing calendar for optimum utilization of funds to increase ROI, and attain necessary approvals prior to execution.
- Assist to develop strategies for new customer recruitment and CRM plans for top of mind recall.
- Create and publish all marketing campaigns in line with marketing plans.
- Make periodical competitor store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.
- Build effective working relations with all outlets.
- Asist DOSM to partner with 3rd party Brand(s) to develop seasonal marketing and PR strategies.
- Planning and developing social media campaigns
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
- Posting content across social media accounts
- Engaging with customers on different channels
- Analyzing running campaigns
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Media and Communication.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager, skilled in marketing, research, scaling growth, profit and efficiency. Proven track record and results is a plus.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Adept in basic computer skills, proficient in social media
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, and work ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD600.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
