Core Responsibilities

The team focusses on improving developer efficiency by providing self-service & automated access to everything a developer needs to democratize access to data across the LEGO Group by providing innovative solutions.

We are seeing growth of the platform and are looking to shift gears to deliver the best developer experience for our engineering colleagues.

  • Reduce manual work and increase data quality by automating data collection and correlation across the organization.
  • Identify alignments across the enterprise and refine the data collection through an inclusive process.
  • Empower product teams to make data-informed decisions to enable them to deliver innovative digital products to our customers.
  • Drive the technical direction of the product and the evolution of the architecture.
  • Work with the product leadership to define the product roadmap.
  • Mentor the team of developers to success.

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a candidate with experience from a lead role also with solid experience in development from working in an outcome-focused environment.

Shoved extensive experience in building data analytical solutions with end-to-end data flows and services in cloud native environments (AWS, Azure or GCP). Understanding of the application and service delivery, hybrid/multi-cloud market context, and cloud service and infrastructure platform operations.

Experience in agile ways of working is encouraged.

Maybe your technology toolbox contains some of these: C#/Java/Python/golang and integration with multiple APIs (REST, etc.). Extensive experience with one or more CI/CD tool like GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps.

To succeed in this role, you preferably have competence within the following:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering.
  • Takes initiatives and learn from the failures.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to develop as a professional.
  • Great in presentation and communication.

Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team.
