Key Account Manager [Turkey]

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our NP Team, who will responsible to grow Office Channel volume in strategic Key Account Customer, plan and execute JBP, increase office channel customer reach, follow up office channel tenders, plan and execute digital campaigns, develop e-commerce business and analyse sales to increase profitability.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning. Executes annual channel plan with appropriate volume, customer reach, digital campaign, visibility & POP opportunities and strategies to maximise growth
  • Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Account targets and KPIs
  • Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • Min. 5 years in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, e-commerce Development, Category Development experience in Out of Home Channels with total 5-6 years in business.
  • Having office channel and e-commerce business experience is preferred
  • Intermediate English
