$ads={1}1) Represent the Superintendent Officer, C&S and M&E Consultant as per contract actual terms. 2) To check the contract documents and S&P Agreements for discrepancies and to familiarize with the discipline work requirement. 3) To report to Superintendent Officer / C&S / MEP Consultant on discrepancies, irregularities, and site problems before the next stage of work shall proceed. 4) Authorized by Superintendent Officer to supervise work done on-site in accordance to drawing setting out plan and contract specification. 5) To carry out a thorough check on contractor’s works for compliance with the drawings and specifications and ensure good quality of work at the site. 6) To verify the daily reports, progress reports, or any other related documentation, upkeep inspection forms, and control of quality records. 7) Standing supervision of C&S, Architectural and MEP work so as to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines. 8) To check and certify progress of works for the purpose of site coordination meetings and evaluation of progress claims. 9) To carry out quality control and all material delivered and used in the works as required by the specifications and maintain proper records. 10) To submit a list of unsatisfactory/defective works to Superintendent Officer / C&S / MEP/ Company representative on a timely basis. 11) To maintain and update records o un-satisfactory / defective works and follow up accordingly until rectification works are satisfactorily done. 12) To receive instruction from Superintending Officer/ TDSB representative or upon request from C&S and M&E Consultants and act on it expeditiously accordingly. 13) To attend Client Consultant Meeting and Site coordination meeting and other meetings regularly. 14) To ensure that all approved samples kept at the site office are in order and duly signed by the Architect and Engineer where appropriate. 15) To prepare and submit daily reporting to consultant and company on actual work done by a contractor, any problem happens or any issue arising at the site which requires further investigation. 16) To issue Site Memo, highlight a concern for issuance of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) by Superintendent Officer to the awarded contractor if the work done not as per contract award. 17) To ensure being able to work independently as a good Clerk of Work with minimal supervision.
