Organizing data and generating deep customer and market insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness 2. Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business 3. Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness 4. Provide pricing and incentive support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals 5. Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts 6. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
1. You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. 2. You have solid prior experience in a similar role. 3. Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SQL,SAP BW, and QlikView and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage. 4. You possess an analytical mind as well as strong commercial acumen. 5. You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 6. You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. German and any other European languages as a plus.
