We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to lead an e-commerce development team. The company is an established e-commerce business and is looking for an exceptional individual to take its development team to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience managing a team of developers, and expertise in Magento, Salesforce CRM, and MuleSoft. As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and meeting the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other departments to understand business requirements and deliver projects that meet those requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain coding standards, documentation, and processes for the team
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in e-commerce development
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the product management team to define product roadmap and prioritize development efforts
- Manage and track the progress of development projects
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience managing a team of developers
- Strong technical background in Magento, Salesforce CRM, and MuleSoft
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
