Description: A data analyst is responsible for analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that can be used to inform business decisions. The role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. He/she will work closely with the Client’s organization to drive data analytics requirements towards a data driven environment. Job Responsibilities • Understand the Reporting requirements and manage Reporting operations proficiently. • Complete tasks on time which is arranged by the supervisor. • Collect, organize, and interpret large sets of data from various sources • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends • Develop data models and data visualizations to present findings • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs • Provide recommendations based on data insights to support decision-making • Monitor and track data quality and ensure data accuracy • Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner • Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis technologies and tools Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or above, Math or Science major is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques • Working experience in relevant positions, proficient in using Microsoft office and Excel data processing is essential. • Must have knowledge or Experience working with Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Data Visualizations tools like Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI. • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively • Full-Time position(s) available. • Good in English and Mandarin reading and writing skills.
