In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

and you will lead and develop the delivery of Philip’s Patient Monitoring solutions to customers. You will be responsible for advancing Philip’s journey to become a Preferred Solutions and Long-Term Strategic Partner to healthcare providers in Sweden.

This is an important role within our Swedish market-leading Patient Monitoring business., where you will be involved in larger project in Sweden.

You are responsible for

  • The Long-term Strategic Partnerships with your customer, long term service & upgrade contracts, and other multi-year customer delivery programs.

  • Coordinating activities and decision making on behalf of the customer, Philips and the Working Groups.

  • Gaining agreement on and achieving program goals and objectives, managing the program scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks.

  • Outlining program deliverables and project interdependencies.

  • Monitoring the program and detailing the expected outcomes and benefits, supported by well-defined approaches that are documented in a program charter.

  • Leading and coordinating program activities and resources across the program scope to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Building partnerships with the program’s stakeholders (both internal and external), leveraging them to achieve organizational goals, and negotiating effective solutions.

  • Managing program and project activities, proactively assessing and responding to risks, spanning multiple projects. Integrating projects progress /escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) to the Program Steering Team.

  • Continuously identifying opportunities which help improve customers or programs. Provide leads for upsell and cross sell opportunities that help solve customer problems, thereby increasing our relationship lifetime value.

You are a part of


You are a part of the Swedish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued, and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Operations Manager Sweden. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospitals.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • A minimum of 5 years documented experience from IT-related projects and/or program management.

  • Deep understanding of the medical device technology industry or healthcare, preferably with practical experience working in a clinical setting.

  • Familiarity and competence in achieving results within complex global matrix organizations.

  • Solid ability to manage executive level stakeholder relationships.

  • Natural approach of “leading through influence” and building reciprocal partnerships with key internal and external partners.

  • Fluent in the English and Swedish language.
