What you’ll do

As Corporate Affairs & Communication Intern you will work on meaningful tasks and projects with real implications, applying your knowledge and broadening your skills. You will support our Corporate Affairs team members with day-to-day internal / external communication, events, and campaigns. You will contribute to various initiatives and projects derived from our communication and stakeholders engagement priorities.

Your contribution will include:

  • Support a broad range of internal and corporate communication initiatives and events; support the preparation for employee townhalls

  • Develop communication content for various internal and external purposes;

  • Keep track and contribute content for corporate digital / social media platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Workplace, website etc.

  • Assist with translation, proofing and editing various communication materials;

  • Cooperation with other departments (such as Medical, Market Access, Digital, Marketing) and with external service providers/agencies.

Who are you

  • Fresh graduate or student in final year or master program, ideally in a field related to communication, public administration, business etc.

  • Strong demonstrated interest in the corporate affairs & communication field;

  • Being a 'fast-learner' with curiousness and proactive self-development approach;

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills; initiative and positive energy;

  • Self-management skills e.g. well-organized, task ownership, balanced courage and thoughtful assertiveness;

  • Very good level of written and spoken English;

  • Digital citizen, familiar with Office suite as well as actively interested in modern technology and channels.
