JAZAC City, a project of JAZAC Group, is looking to add Client Relations Manager (Female) to our team. We are seeking a Real-Estate on site call center specialist, with a strong focus on customer service and to manage our lead volume as well as will be responsible for hiring, training & leading real estate Client Relations Officers to grow businesses, and motivating them to achieve the daily & monthly targets.

Primary responsibilities:
· Lead management which includes keeping track of all the leads & ensure follow up until completion of lead cycle.
· Management of outbound calls to all the prospective leads and accurately assess the needs and suitability of potential clients.
· Persuasively pitching JAZAC City's properties portfolio & inventory to potential clients.
· Maturing the lead cycle to a prospective sale.
What are we looking for:
· Excellent Managerial & Communication Skills.
· Previous experience of working directly with Real Estate call center or an agency preferred.
· Previous experience with lead management preferred.
· Ability to manage conversations with potentially difficult clients.
· Ability to multi-task, taking calls and setting appointments or looking up other pertinent information in a timely manner.
· Understands the importance of being efficient on the floor and meeting company's expectations with lead response times.
A solid experience and understanding of handling Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Sales and Telemarketing ranging from Real Estate, Lead Generation and Appointment Setting.
Timing: 9AM – 6PM (1 Hour Break)
Job Location: Near Unifoam Factory Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
Pick & Drop from Thokar Metro Train station will be provided.
Lunch will be provided by the company!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
