R&B Tea Rowland Heights is hiring part time positions.
We're looking for hardworking, friendly customer service oriented people to join our team! We also have growth opportunities based on performance.

***no experience needed, we will train**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Prepare and serve beverages and food items by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service every time
- Brew tea, cook boba, chop fruits,,...etc.
- Make drinks in a timely manner
- Stock inventory
- Restock ingredients
-Memorize steps for making all drinks on the menu
-Receive and process customer payments
-Assist with setup and cleanup
-Clean/sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment throughout shift
-Follow health and safety guidelines
-The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
-The ability to work in a fast paced team environment
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Can stand for long periods of time
-Ability to multitask

-Be able to work a variety of hours, day and shifts, including weekends
