- Prepare costing before launching of new product.
- Creation of new product in AX system.
- Provide SOP and coaching to our production staff and outlet bakers upon launching of new product.
- Assist Manager in the creation of new products (e.g. cake, bread).
- Prepare forecast of festive products (e.g. CNY, Christmas) to the Management.
- Raise purchase requisition quantity if any new materials are needed.
- Inspect the finishing of bread on daily basis.
- Assist the bread department whenever there is allowance time in order to familiarize the operation.
- Assist Manager on product demonstration by the external parties.
